You’re not stuck.
You just keep quitting on yourself.
Yeah… I said it.
Because I did it too.
I knew what to do.
I had the plans.
I had the motivation.
And I still kept starting over.
Every. Single. Monday.
I’m not a textbook coach. I’m someone who lived it.
It wasn’t about willpower.
It wasn’t about discipline.
And it definitely wasn’t about another plan.
It was the way I talked to myself.
The way I put everyone else first.
The way I kept abandoning myself… over and over again.
I’d start strong… and then fall off.
Make promises… and break them.
Tell myself “this time will be different”… and end up right back where I started.
Not because I didn’t care…
but because I didn’t know how to follow through on my own life.
At some point, I had to get honest with myself.
The problem wasn’t that I didn’t know what to do.
The problem was… I didn’t know how to show up for myself consistently.
I didn’t trust myself to follow through.
I didn’t believe I could actually stick with anything.
So every time things got hard…
I’d quit.
And then blame myself for it.
Once I started working on that—everything changed.
Not because I found a better plan…
but because I finally understood why I kept breaking my own patterns.
And for the first time?
Things actually started to stick.
Now I help people do the same.
I help people break the patterns that keep them stuck.
Not with another plan…
but by changing how they think, show up, and follow through.
Because the problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do.
It’s that you don’t trust yourself…
you don’t talk to yourself in a way that supports you…
and deep down, you don’t fully believe you’re worth showing up for.
And until that changes?
You’ll keep starting over.
What I do is help you:
→ understand why you keep repeating the same cycles
→ change the way you talk to yourself
→ rebuild trust with yourself
→ and actually follow through
So you stop quitting on yourself…
and finally start showing up like you actually matter.
